Who IS this guy anyway??  well, other than a pretty regular guy who’s had some somewhat profound self-realizations and somewhat momentous awakenings in his now nearly 40 years of life (yup, that pic is most recent=)~, roldan (poetic prose pen name: A.llen O.wen) felt led/directed by his higher & inner powers to share the lessons of his life… the lemons as well as the lemonade… with both community & the world at large (workin’ on it=) via the mediums of writing, speaking, and leading by example.

Meet with other local seekers on the journey to perfect health and wholeness in the realms of Mind, Body and Spirit.  Soul Circle Healing Arts+ meets several to come together in a sacred space of trust and support in order to create opportunities for growth and understanding what it means to become whole and healthy when thoughts align perfectly with our intentions, beliefs and actions.  Participants will learn what it means to be “whole” through open dialogue around wellness, through the practice of various methods of self-guided and group guided and silent meditation,  energy work, Qi-Gong, yogic stretching, personal spiritual consciousness developmental work/play-shops and spiritual conscious social gathering and special outings… and more (that’s the “+” part =).
