Who IS this guy anyway??  well, other than a pretty regular guy who’s had some somewhat profound self-realizations and somewhat momentous awakenings in his now nearly 40 years of life (yup, that pic is most recent=)~, roldan (occasional pen name: A.llen O.wen) felt led/directed by his higher & inner powers to share the lessons of his life… the lemons as well as the lemonade… with both community & the world at large (workin’ on it=) via the mediums of writing, speaking, and leading by example.  feeling called to serve as a flashlight in/on the dark spaces for those seeking freedom from the self-created bondage of an unhappy/frustrated/pained life (until now), roldan co-created  www.On-Common-Ground.com and Soul Circle Healing Arts & Really Cool/Fun Other Stuff!, addressing the topics of the total Mind/Body/Spirit connection and its relation to healing work.  it is his personal belief that as each individual understands how and begins to actively create within the peace/love/acceptance he or she is seeking “out there”, it aids and accelerates the overall growth and evolution of all mankind towards greater Awareness, Compassion, & Global Spiritual Consciousness on the planet and adding unto the Universal expansion of the Source of all life and creation.   no small task indeed.  so he hopes you will decide to join him.  just you being here is another small step in that beautifully challenging yet rewarding (and necessary!) direction.  namaste and thank you!

Meet with other local seekers on the journey to perfect health and wholeness in the realms of Mind, Body and Spirit.  Soul Circle Healing Arts & Really Cool/Fun Stuff!  meets once to twice a month to come together in a sacred space of trust and support in order to create opportunities for growth and understanding what it means to become whole and healthy when thoughts align perfectly with our intentions, beliefs and actions.

Participants will learn what it means to be “whole” through open dialogue around wellness, through the practice of various methods of self-guided and group guided meditation, techniques, Source energy work, Qi-Gong, yogic stretching, personal spiritual consciousness developmental work and spiritual conscious social gathering and special outings.
